This mildly-but-truly roasted coffee provides a two-fold morning experience; unlike darker roasted coffees, this true medium roast is cooked thoroughly, to prevent acid build-up, and also, for that morning wake-up, retains most all of the caffeine we need to kick-start our day!
CUPPING NOTES: Light Cherry-Tomato, hints of nuttiness, lemon grass and a cocoa finish.
